We offer Beach Towels & chairs for use during your stay and can even loan snorkel gear and boogie boards to assist in keeping those vacation costs to a minimum.

Brand new 'super cool' split A/C throughout our spacious apt.
The bathroom offers both a walk-in shower & separate bathtub along with twin sinks.

WiFi is included at no extra charge along with HD TV channels.

Iron & ironing board in suite.

Coin-operated laundry facilities on several floors of our building and all accessible via elevator for ease.

Our place is located in the center of Waikiki and so are our offices, so if needed we are just a few minutes away and you have our 24hr telephone number in the front of our guest book for your use during your stay.

As mentioned above, we a located in the center of Waikiki and the heart of everything Honolulu has to offer, Waikiki Beach id just a 4 minute walk and all the best shops and restaurants surround our building.

Need something to amuse the kids for a few hours, Honolulu Zoo is just 7 mins walk along Kuhio Ave. and is world renowned for it's rescues and care of some of the world's most majestic animals.
UBER, Lyft and taxis are all readily available plus Oahu offers an incredibly safe, clean & reliable bus service that can be used for everything from local trips to discovering The North Shore & even Dole Pineapple adventure park. (We recommend downloading "TheBus Oahu" App. if planning on using the buses for it's accuracy and ease.)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be emailed 30 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 30 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the original 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved. We will try to re-rent your dates reserved so that we can make a refund to you.
However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited
For reservations and bookings moved ahead up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains nonrefundable.
